Information you send us
When you use the quotation form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, the product you are interested in, crane details, quantity and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on it. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Services that process your information
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf. Netlify stores submissions and forwards them to us by email. Like most web hosts, Netlify processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may use automated spam filtering on form submissions.
- WhatsApp, phone and email links open your own app. Messages you send that way are handled by those services under their own terms.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of quotations and orders, after which they are deleted.
